1. Booking and Reservations
By making a reservation at Zidanica v Gaj, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required to confirm your reservation
- Payment methods will be communicated upon booking confirmation
- All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Please inform the property in advance of your arrival time.
- Check-out: from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Treat the property with respect and care
- Follow house rules
- Report any damages or issues immediately
- Respect quiet hours and neighbors
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests
5. Liability
Zidanica v Gaj is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters and government restrictions.
